the whole complex of the room, bathroom, terrace, garden and plunge pool was lovely.

The staff were very nice and smiley but also rather incompetent.

1)The villa cleanliness 2) The privacy 3) The wide variety of selections for breakfast

1) too many lizards 2) the TV was placed in a rather odd angle where we can't have a good view of the TV if we were lying on the bed (one person will be blocking the other person) or sitting on the sofa - maybe need to consider re-arranging the furniture a little - just a suggestion 3) The pressure of the jacuzzi in the swimming pool can be more powerful

It was very quite and very relaxing.The place was nice and comfy.

The foods on the menu sometime finish.Should provide atleast a motorcycle so that couples can move around the area easier.

The Staff & Hotel are amazing

The villas had a nice layout. Sitting in the bath overlooking the pool was great. You could even step from the bath to the pool if you wanted to! A couple of free beers in the fridge with nuts, chocolate and cookies when we first arrived was a nice touch. Service from the staff was excellent. Always very friendly. We ate most breakfasts at our villa and it was never delivered late.

You have to remember this is bali. The building quality is not what you would expect in western countries. It needs a bit of maintenance but it is clean. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was too loud. The motor made alot of noise when it was not on full power and when it was on full power the blades were too loud. The split system air con unit in the room was quite loud too. It is not an invertor type so did not have alot of settings. We didn't sleep well the 7 nights we were there. The food was not so good either. Avoid the nachos from room service!!

The Villa was lovely, private and spacious. Although under cover, having the toilet outside was a novel experience and highly entertaining during a late night thunder storm! Having a private pool was the best thing ever and the lounge room was a delight. The staff were great, polite and very helpful- nothing was ever too much trouble. A real haven from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.

lol, not being able to get cricket world cup coverage- buy hey, if that's the only thing we didn't like, it's got to be all good eh?

Our 1 bedroom Villa was just perfect - luxury on a buget. We loved having our private pool and our room was beautiful. We will be going back for sure.

If i had to pick something it would probaly be the location of the villa's. Its about a 5 - 10 min walk to Seminyak on a busy road. The hotel staff are happy to drop you off in Seminyak. We just used the taxi's.

We liked the size of the place - small - and intimate. Thought that the actual villas were just great

We felt that the breakfast offered was average. What was delivered was never exactly what was ordered - a bit disappointing. The last 3 days we actually went elsewhere for breakfast.

The villa was amazing, the food was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful!

The privacy of each villa

The swimming-pool is very small and very noisy. Some people at the reception were not very nice and helpful.

Stayed in the great villa which i have felt like home. made some little shopping and visited legian and kuta which is 35 k with a taxi not far. al\\

Great location, very friendly staff always willing to assist.

Pool was too cold and hard to get in and out off. Wi-Fi was very slow.

The villas are about to have a make over with new resort owners We were asked to contribute an assessment for upgrade ideas New villa funiture and a new pool and day spa will be included so we look forward to returning upon completion Location is great ,value was good also... Staff really friendly

the staff is super friendly even during our complain on how late they served the breakfast, they always smile.

The kitchen was bit old and dirty. It was a nice villa but with the price could have been better but maybe it also because we came during peak season
